Rather than being just another computer museum RWAP Software offers a range of support for the older type of computer, mainly computers designed by Sir Clive Sinclair during the 1980s, namely the Sinclair ZX80 (1980), ZX81 (1981), ZX Spectrum (1982), the Sinclair QL (1984) and Cambridge Z88. We also offer a broad range of second hand hardware and software for these computers and spares (including replacement keyboard membranes). We often also have a range of second hand items for other computers, such as the Commodore 64, however, our heart remains with the Sinclair computers which formed our introduction to the world of computers and have provided a means to developing some spectacular software over time. Services for Sinclair Computer OwnersAs part of a joint project with WN Richardson & Co. and Rakewell Limited, we are happy to supply a wide range of items aimed at supporting the users of various other Sinclair based computers, including the Cambridge Z88 and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. We are also aiming to increase the development of products for these computers and also to obtain the more obscure items produced for these computers (and arrange for them to go back into production where there is sufficient interest). As part of our software development for these Sinclair computers, we have helped to develop various high profile programs for the Sinclair QL and PC, including Genealogy for Windows and QL Genealogist which can both handle GEDCOM data, Q-Route (a fast and accurate route-finder program currently only on the QL) and the first high colour game for the Sinclair QL (QWord). We have also re-released numerous programs for the Sinclair QL, including the popular games and adventures by Talent+, as well as a wide range of programming reference utilities for the Sinclair QL, including the SBASIC/SuperBASIC Reference Manual, Q-Index and Q-Help, all of which are still available. Services for Windows based MachinesAs well as providing a demonstration of the infamous QWord for people to try on Windows based PCs, we have also now started to convert some of our existing range of adventures to run seamlessly on Windows platforms. We have also now begun to review the best PC games and Mobile Phone games available for download. We have also got ED, DSDD and HD Diskettes available, as well as a cheap range of high quality ADSL/DSL Broadband filters for use when you are installing Broadband. In fact the latter have received some excellent feedback from customers who have found that the broadband filters resolve many of the problems which they were previously experiencing. Competitions
