One of the most common problems which is faced by PC users is when their system becomes unresponsive or suffers continual adware (popup windows, advertising and spam) or virus attacks.  Our network of trained engineers ensures an emergency response to these and get your system back up and running in as short a time as possible, including virus and adware removal, reinstallation of the operating system and installation of tools (or advice on the type of packages to get) to prevent further attacks in the future, and even the immunization of the system to prevent you accessing dangerous websites and files..

No job is too small for out trained engineers - we are pleased to be of service, even if you only want a new graphics card installed or your PC relocating to another room. Our engineers are also happy to advise on installation of parental controls to protect your children from harmful websites as well as tools to enhance the speed of your dial-up internet connection (these are known as internet accelerators).  If you are not certain about your requirements, then please contact .

We will also undertake wireless network installation ensuring that the network is set up securely, with coverage throughout your whole house.  We can also make your printers connect wirelessly, thus meaning that you do not need to take your laptop to your printer to run off a document!!

Our field service engineers are supported by our main workshop which has been designed to ensure a fast turnaround for both critical and standard equipment.  However, most faults are fixed on site.

Our charges are a fixed £35+VAT for a call-out (including the first 30 minutes labour) plus parts. 
All time after that is charged in 10 minute units at the rate of £3+VAT per unit.
We do not charge for travel unless this is over 30 miles from our base of operation in the West Midlands (mileage over 30 miles is charged at 35p per mile).

With most computer faults diagnosed and rectified within an hour, the average computer upgrade or repair costs only £65+VAT (excluding parts).
