There are a wide range of games produced for the Windows based PC, some of which are free to download, or can be played on-line using Java. However, the vast majority are either commercial or shareware programs and so we are currently trying a range of these games in order to add reviews of them to our site. REVIEWSAt present, we have reviewed the following games (click the game name to read the review): 1. Bejeweled by PopCap Games (match the coloured blocks - similar to tetris in some ways). Although this is one of the numerous games released by PopCap for Palm based Palm and PocketPC PDAs, and Java based web-games, they do not currently produce any mobile phone versions. JAVA GAMES and Mobile PhonesThe gulf between mobile phones and home computers/games consoles has now narrowed, with the launch of high quality 3D colour games for the Nokia N-Gage and colour screen Java enabled mobile phones. The N-Gage is a well-designed cross between a mobile phone and a games console, offering proper console-like controls for playing games on its in-built colour screen, as well as MP3 player, tri-band mobile phone and support for wireless multi-player gaming. For example, Carphone Warehouse currently offer the following games for the N-Gage, which are more widely known for their variants on full-blown games consoles:
